By downloading, installing, or using IsaacNotion ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.
Description of Service
IsaacNotion is a productivity application that synchronizes tasks between Notion databases and Apple Reminders. The app provides bidirectional sync functionality to help you manage your tasks across platforms.
Requirements
To use IsaacNotion, you need:
- A Notion account
- An Apple device running iOS 17+ or macOS 14+
- Permission to access Apple Reminders on your device
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the app in compliance with all applicable laws
- Maintain the security of your Notion account credentials
- Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app
- Not use the app for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
Intellectual Property
IsaacNotion and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Third-Party Services
IsaacNotion integrates with third-party services:
- Notion: Subject to Notion's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
- Apple Reminders: Subject to Apple's Terms and Conditions
We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party services.
Disclaimer of Warranties
IsaacNotion is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
- The app will be error-free or uninterrupted
- Sync operations will always complete successfully
- Data will never be lost or corrupted
You use the app at your own risk and are responsible for maintaining backups of your important data.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the app.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or us.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
